Are you ever feel very sad, afraid, and bad mood?

Beside my experience, I can conclude that when I feel sad, afraid, worry an the the others, it’s caused by my mind. When I think something will happen on bad condition, suddenly what I think, change be real., so from here I want to tell you that what we think will come true. If we think on possitive, all of the world will look very nice and beautiful. But if we think on negative, all of the world will look very bad and make us borring.
